The work
As a JavaScript AI Training Engineer, you will help improve AI systems by reviewing generated code and technical explanations. You will focus on correctness, clarity, performance, prompt adherence, fact-checking, and the quality of the reasoning shown.
The work includes both frontend and backend JavaScript, including asynchronous patterns and state management.
- Review AI-generated JavaScript code and explanations for correctness, readability, and performance.
- Write improved solutions and clear, educational explanations that demonstrate the right approach.
- Compare multiple model responses and rate their reasoning quality and accuracy.
- Find logic errors, conceptual mistakes, and problems with edge cases.
- Check frontend and backend JavaScript behavior, including async patterns and state management.
What it pays and takes
This is fully remote, part-time contract work. Scheduling is flexible, with an estimated commitment of about 20 hours per week for 1 to 3 months.

About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind modern AI systems. People review examples, write better answers, and evaluate model outputs so the systems become more accurate, useful, and reliable. JavaScript experts are needed because technical feedback helps models produce code that works and explanations that developers can trust.
