You will help create and review training data for AI systems using investment banking materials. The work focuses on Investment Banking Document Review, financial judgment, scenario creation, and clear written feedback.
- Evaluate and annotate financial materials, transaction documents, and case studies for AI training datasets.
- Draft, review, and edit pitchbooks, valuation models, and market analysis summaries for accuracy and clarity.
- Simulate and document real-world investment scenarios, including deal processes and decision-making exercises.
- Review AI-generated financial content and provide precise, relevant, and professional written feedback.
- Curate and synthesize financial data to create scenarios and explain investment banking terminology.
- Coordinate remotely on deliverables in line with project guidelines, expectations, and milestones.
What It Pays And Takes
This is a remote, part-time contractor opportunity for a finance professional. The role is listed as entry level, while the stated experience requirements focus on investment banking or equivalent finance work.
- Pay: $120 to $150 per hour in USD.

- Experience: Current or recent Investment Banking Associate experience at any level, second-year or later Analyst experience, or equivalent Sales and Trading experience.

- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Judgment: Careful, constructive review of complex materials and AI-generated financial content.
- Industry knowledge: Familiarity with standard financial documents, regulatory considerations, and deal-structuring details.
- Work style: Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables within defined milestones.
Relevant Background
