You will assess whether clinical claims are supported by the underlying record and identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent details. Your reviews will help improve documentation quality, clinical accuracy, and model performance.
- Review histories of present illness, past medical histories, medication reconciliations, social histories, assessments, and care plans.
- Check clinical information and claims against the medical record.
- Evaluate renal- and hepatic-adjusted dosing, medication interactions, and age-appropriate clinical details.
- Apply review guidelines consistently and provide feedback on documentation and data quality.
- Review admission, daily progress, transitions-of-care, and discharge documentation.
