The work
Create questions, case studies, and scenarios that test how AI systems handle industrial engineering and operations problems. Review AI-generated answers for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with accepted engineering practices.
- Develop challenges about process optimization, production planning, facility layout, quality control, supply chain design, work measurement, ergonomics, and simulation modeling.
- Give detailed feedback to improve answer quality and adjust question difficulty.
- Work with engineering and technical experts to keep the material challenging, useful, and technically sound.
What you need
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited program in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Practical experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or operations management.
- Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles and methods, clear written and verbal communication, analytical ability, and close attention to detail.
- English proficiency is required. The role is open to candidates in selected countries across the Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or service operations is helpful. Engineering publications, standards development, engineering technology initiatives, AI applications, a Professional Engineer license, Lean Six Sigma certification, an advanced degree, or another relevant certification are also useful.
