Human Data Manager, Candidate

You will manage workflows that support data annotation, collection, processing, and analysis for AI training. The role combines hands-on operations with reporting, quality oversight, and process improvement.

• Design, build, and manage human data workflows.
• Set and monitor key performance indicators, or KPIs, for operational performance.
• Analyze datasets and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Create reporting frameworks and coordinate data strategies across functions.
• Improve processes for scalability, data integrity, and consistent quality.
• Take ownership of operational issues and help resolve them proactively.

The listing does not provide a pay rate. This is a remote contractor role with part-time classification and a commitment of 20 or more hours each week.

• Work arrangement: Remote.
• Time requirement: 20+ hours per week.
• Location: Open to candidates across the listed countries in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data analytics, industrial engineering, operations management, economics, finance, or a related field.
• Required skills: Technical aptitude in data analysis, annotation, data management, or workflow optimization.
• You should understand operational processes, communicate data-driven insights clearly, collaborate well, and pay close attention to data quality and validation.
• Prior AI experience is not required.
• Helpful tools and experience include Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, data management, machine learning, human data, or process optimization projects.
