The Work
You will turn real HR and people operations work into difficult, multi-step benchmark tasks that test whether AI systems can follow policies, interpret documents, and make sound judgments. The work focuses on payroll, workforce planning, policy application, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Design benchmark tasks based on practical HR workflows.
- Create or source HR policies, payroll reports, headcount data, employment agreements, and other supporting materials.
- Write clear instructions and objective grading standards for AI-generated outputs.
- Build tasks that require judgment and careful interpretation rather than simple information lookup.
- Identify tasks that are too ambiguous or cannot be graded reliably.
- Deliver approved work at the required quality level.
