The Work
You will evaluate questions and answers about public services, including Medicare. The goal is to identify wording that feels confusing, misleading, unnatural, or unhelpful to people seeking government services.
- Read sample questions and judge whether they sound like questions a real person would ask.
- Review AI-generated answers for clarity, helpfulness, natural language, and confusing or misleading phrasing.
- Explain your feedback in specific, original language that others can use.
- Suggest simple changes that make questions and answers easier to understand.
