The work
You will create realistic Google Sheets tasks based on business, administration, finance, operations, sales, education, or data analysis scenarios. You will prepare sample data, reference materials, files, and permissions before recording each workflow.
You will document the task context, goal, steps, and acceptance criteria, then record yourself completing the task in a browser. You will review every recording and its documentation to make sure the workflow is realistic, complete, reproducible, and aligned with project guidelines.
- Record workflows using formulas, functions, filters, sorting, charts, pivot tables, dashboards, data validation, and conditional formatting.
- Capture collaboration, reporting, and data import or export workflows when they are relevant to the task.
- Organize files, browser tabs, Google Drive materials, and permissions before recording.
- Check recordings and written instructions for clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
