The work
Create and review code examples used to train and assess AI models. Use software engineering judgment to evaluate code for correctness, efficiency, scalability, reliability, and production readiness.
- Write, improve, and correct code primarily in Go, with additional work in Python, JavaScript including ReactJS, C/C++, Java, and Rust.
- Assess AI-generated code across the software development process, from prototyping and architecture to API design, production, launch, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Build agents that check code quality, find recurring errors, and automatically verify software engineering solutions.
- Write clear explanations for your evaluations.
What the role requires
- Availability: 20 or more hours per week. The engagement is planned for one month, with possible extensions based on performance and fit.
- Location: Open to candidates based in the United States, Canada, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, or Switzerland.
- Fluent in English, with clear written and spoken communication.
- Strong full-stack development skills and the ability to deploy scalable, production-grade software.
- A deep understanding of software architecture, design, development, debugging, and code review.
- Strong Go skills; familiarity with Python, JavaScript or ReactJS, C/C++, Java, or Rust.
