The work
You will create small game projects and interactive scenes in a major game engine for AI training and evaluation tasks. The work combines hands-on game development with structured testing of how AI systems analyze, play, debug, and build games.
You will make tasks realistic, reliable, and solvable through playtesting. This includes writing clear briefs, preparing reference solutions, and defining exactly what a successful result should look like.
- Design small-scale game projects or interactive scenes in Unity, Godot, or Unreal.
- Add realistic gameplay bugs that can be found and fixed through playtesting and on-screen analysis.
- Create feature challenges involving multiple gameplay systems and mechanics.
- Write concise instructions in the style of player, designer, or producer requests.
- Prepare reference solutions for bug fixes and feature implementations.
- Define success using input sequences, expected visual outcomes, and verifiable game states.
- Playtest each task from start to finish to confirm that it works and can be solved.

Helpful background
Experience in game QA, technical design, systems design, automated testing, or AI evaluation can help. Developers from studio, independent, and hobby backgrounds are welcome when they can show relevant projects and practical engine skills.
How it works
You apply here in about two minutes and finish on the hiring platform. The next step is a short AI interview (technical roles include a coding challenge). Passing it is how you qualify for paid tasks, so take it soon after you are invited.
About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind systems that learn from examples, including testing how AI handles code, games, images, language, and other tasks. People with practical technical skills help create reliable examples and judge whether an AI system produces a correct result.
