The work
Create and assess code examples used to train and benchmark large language models. You will work with systems-level, infrastructure, backend, and performance-critical software.
- Build precise code solutions in Python, C/C++, Rust, Go, Java, and JavaScript, including ReactJS.
- Correct and evaluate AI-generated code for quality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Assess model capabilities in prototyping, architecture and API design, production implementation, monitoring, and operational maintenance.
- Build agents and verification methods to find error patterns and assess software solutions automatically.
- Work with others on AI coding solutions measured against industry performance benchmarks.
What it takes
- Open to candidates based in the United States.
- Fluency in English.
- Commit at least 20 hours per week; the engagement is described as flexible.
