The work
You will create frontend coding challenges for AI training and evaluation. Each task should turn visual material or a recorded workflow into clear code requirements, expected behavior, and reliable checks for success.
- Design multi-step frontend tasks from screenshots, UI mockups, diagrams, and screen recordings.
- Define the code and supporting files needed for a successful implementation.
- Write objective, repeatable criteria that separate correct work from an implementation that only looks plausible.
- Build a working reference implementation for each task.
- Review other contributors' tasks for technical accuracy, clarity, and reliable grading.
- Flag tasks that are unclear or cannot be graded consistently.
What it pays and takes
This is fully remote, project-based contractor work. Each approved task is estimated to take approximately eight hours and pays approximately $640 to $800 per approved task.

How it works
You apply here in about two minutes and finish on the hiring platform. The next step is a short AI interview (technical roles include a coding challenge). Passing it is how you qualify for paid tasks, so take it soon after you are invited.
The hiring platform's application for this job asks for your resume, your LinkedIn profile, your phone number, your location and answers to 8 screening questions.
About AI training work
AI training work is the human side of building artificial intelligence. People prepare examples, review model behavior, and apply clear standards so AI systems can learn to produce more useful results; technical experience matters when tasks require accurate code and dependable evaluation.
