About this role
Are you experienced in financial institutions and eager to shape the future of AI? Large-scale language models are evolving from simple conversational tools into systems capable of analyzing financial frameworks, interpreting regulatory structures, and supporting complex institutional decision-making. With high-quality training data, tomorrow’s AI can help strengthen financial literacy, improve risk analysis, and support professionals across banking and financial services. That training data begins with you—we need your expertise to help power the next generation of AI.
We’re looking for individuals with knowledge of banking systems, financial regulation, capital markets, retail and commercial banking, central banking, compliance, risk management, lending practices, financial products, and institutional governance. You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics such as balance sheet analysis, regulatory compliance frameworks, credit risk assessment, liquidity management, capital adequacy, anti-money laundering controls, financial reporting standards, and macroeconomic policy impacts—documenting failure modes so we can strengthen model reasoning and accuracy.
On a typical day, you will engage the model with financial institution scenarios, regulatory and compliance questions, and analytical exercises; verify factual correctness and institutional logic; assess risk-related reasoning; capture reproducible error traces; and provide structured feedback to improve prompts, evaluation frameworks, and analytical depth. You may also help identify where models oversimplify financial regulations or misinterpret institutional processes.
A background in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience working in banks, credit unions, regulatory bodies, financial consultancies, or related institutions is highly valued. Entry-level candidates with foundational knowledge of financial systems and strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply. Clear, metacognitive communication—explicitly articulating reasoning and decision processes (“showing your work”)—is essential.
Ready to turn your financial institutions expertise into the knowledge foundation for tomorrow’s AI? Apply today and help train systems that support finance professionals and institutions worldwide.
