Finance Expert (US Based) for AI Model Evaluation

You will help improve AI models used for finance. The work focuses on reviewing model answers, finding where they fail, and defining clear ways to measure performance.

You will work with AI researchers and finance specialists on evaluation methods, training approaches, and benchmarks.

• Evaluate finance-focused large language model outputs and identify weak areas.
• Create rubrics for specific finance tasks, including deal analysis and M&A assessment.
• Help develop benchmarks and training approaches with AI researchers and finance specialists.

This is a part-time contractor role open to candidates in the United States. The role is marked entry level, with specific finance experience required.

• Pay: $100 per hour.
• Time: 20+ hours per week.
• Location: Open to candidates in the United States.
• Work arrangement: Part-time contract work.
• Experience: At least 2 years in capital markets, portfolio management, research, trading, quantitative finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, growth equity, FP&A, accounting, or financial consulting.
• Finance knowledge: Investment analysis, forecasting, revenue builds, corporate finance, asset management, and risk management.
• Communication: Excellent written English.
• Preferred qualification: CFA, CA, CPA, or an MBA in Finance is a bonus.
