You will help improve AI systems by creating realistic finance tasks and judging how well their responses match professional practice. The work focuses on financial analysis, investment decisions, transactions, valuation, and clear written reasoning.
- Create expert-level finance problems and scenarios based on deal analysis, valuation, and investment decisions.
- Review AI-generated responses for technical accuracy, practical feasibility, and professional communication.
- Assess whether responses reflect real approaches to financial analysis, transactions, and investment decisions.
- Write clear, structured feedback that helps improve AI model performance.
- Explain complex finance concepts and quantitative reasoning in precise, practical language.
What it pays and takes
This is flexible, asynchronous contract work that can fit alongside a current role.
- Pay: up to $150 per hour.
- Time: 20+ hours per week.
- Location: Open to candidates based in the United States for remote project work.
- Language: Professional fluency in English.
- Experience: At least one year at a recognized firm or legitimate startup, with direct exposure to financial analysis, deal execution, or investment decisions.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- Finance background: Demonstrated depth in investing, hedge funds, or investment banking.
- Skills: Strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Helpful experience: Financial modeling, discounted cash flow analysis, comparable companies analysis, leveraged buyout models, or progress toward a credential such as the CFA.
