The work
You will turn real finance and accounting workflows into difficult, realistic tasks used to evaluate AI systems. The work calls for professional judgment across FP&A, financial reporting, audit procedures, reconciliations, and accounting workflows.
You will create tasks that require careful reading across several documents instead of simple information lookup. You will also check each task for unclear instructions or grading problems before submitting it.
- Design multi-step finance and accounting tasks with clear instructions and realistic reference files.
- Create or source spreadsheets, general ledger extracts, financial statements, policy documents, and other supporting materials.
- Write grading criteria that help qualified reviewers make consistent decisions about AI-generated answers.
- Build exercises that test judgment across multiple documents.
- Review tasks for ambiguity or requirements that cannot be graded, then flag issues before submission.
- Deliver approved tasks on schedule and at the required quality level.

About AI training work
AI training work is the human side of building artificial intelligence. People create examples, review model answers, and set standards that help AI systems produce more useful and reliable results. Finance and accounting experts are paid for applying their professional judgment to specialized tasks that general reviewers may not be able to assess.
