The work
You will turn real finance and accounting workflows into challenging tasks for evaluating AI systems. The work draws on financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, audit procedures, reconciliations, and related accounting processes.
You will create realistic source materials, write clear instructions, and set grading standards that let qualified reviewers assess AI-generated work consistently. You will also refine tasks that are unclear or cannot be graded fairly before delivery.
- Design multi-step tasks based on FP&A, financial reporting, audits, reconciliations, and related accounting workflows.
- Create or source realistic workpapers, spreadsheets, general ledger extracts, financial statements, and policy documents.
- Write objective instructions and grading criteria for reviewing AI-generated outputs.
- Build tasks that require careful reading, analysis, and professional judgment rather than simple information lookup.
- Deliver approved work on schedule and at the required quality level.

About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind systems that learn from examples, including writing and rating responses, reviewing documents, and evaluating model outputs. People with finance and accounting expertise help make these examples accurate, realistic, and useful for measuring AI performance.
