The work
You will help improve AI systems that answer federal student loan questions. The work uses your borrower counseling experience to judge whether questions are realistic and whether AI responses are accurate, complete, useful, and current.
You will work asynchronously and provide clear written feedback on repayment and relief topics, including income-driven repayment plans, Public Service Loan Forgiveness, servicing concerns, deferment, forbearance, and default management.
- Review sample federal student loan questions and identify unrealistic borrower concerns.
- Write rubrics that describe correct and complete answers.
- Evaluate AI-generated answers against those rubrics.
- Flag errors, missing information, and outdated guidance.
- Provide clear written feedback asynchronously.
