About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind systems that write, summarize, and evaluate information. Contributors prepare examples, review model responses, and give feedback so AI systems learn clearer and more accurate behavior.
People with professional reporting experience are valuable because they can judge whether generated documents follow the structure, tone, accuracy, and compliance standards used in real work.
