Engineering Manager for LLM Training (English)

You will lead technical teams delivering supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning from human feedback work for large language models. The role covers project execution, dataset quality, delivery performance, cost, and stable results.

You will combine people leadership with hands-on technical review. You will work with research stakeholders, manage delivery outcomes, and resolve problems in questions, methods, results, and code.

• Lead teams of 20 or more developers working with Python, JavaScript, Java, and other programming languages.
• Oversee technical work from project start through stable delivery.
• Review supervised fine-tuning and RLHF datasets for quality and consistency.
• Improve the quality of code and delivered work through practical quality measures.
• Manage team performance, project quality, and delivery outcomes.
• Identify and resolve bugs and other technical quality issues.

• Experience: At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Leadership skills: Experience leading large technical teams in a delivery-focused environment.
• Review skills: Ability to perform hands-on technical reviews and resolve quality problems.
• People skills: Excellent communication, people leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Helpful background: Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning from human feedback, or high-quality technical datasets.
