The Work
You will apply legal judgment to realistic energy and utilities regulatory scenarios. Your analysis will help train and evaluate AI systems by showing not only the conclusion, but also the reasoning behind it.
- Analyze questions involving rate design, tariff structures, market structure, and compliance obligations.
- Assess scenarios connected to FERC, state public utility commissions, and ISO/RTO practice.
- Identify unsettled issues, jurisdictional conflicts, and facts that could change the outcome.
- Review and validate other contributors’ work for legal accuracy and clear reasoning.
- Document your analysis so the reasoning is useful as well as the conclusion.
- Flag ambiguous or poorly framed scenarios for further review.
- Deliver assigned work on schedule and at the required quality level.
