The work
You will support AI training work focused on analog electronics circuit simulation. Your work will use NgSpice, SPICE models, workflow instructions, and technical judgment to review model outputs.
You will compare source materials and model outputs with project guidelines, record evidence-based decisions, and explain your reasoning clearly. Consistent reviews help improve how AI systems handle electronics and simulation tasks.
- Evaluate model outputs using project rubrics and document evidence-based judgments.
- Review source materials and simulation-related outputs against project guidelines.
- Explain technical judgments clearly so feedback can improve model behavior.
- Maintain consistent quality across repeated review tasks.
- Analyze simulation results and troubleshoot circuit issues.

How it works
You apply here in about two minutes and finish on the hiring platform. The next step is a short AI interview (technical roles include a coding challenge). Passing it is how you qualify for paid tasks, so take it soon after you are invited.
The hiring platform's application for this job asks for your resume, your LinkedIn profile, your phone number, your location and answers to 6 screening questions.
About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind systems that learn from examples, reviews, and feedback. People with specialist knowledge are needed to judge technical answers, explain errors, and help AI systems produce more reliable results.
