About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind artificial intelligence. People review code, write and rate model responses, evaluate results, and provide feedback that helps AI systems improve.
Technical reviewers are needed because AI models can produce code that looks plausible but contains errors, unsafe advice, or incomplete reasoning.
