The work
You will help evaluate AI systems that answer passport and citizenship questions. You will judge whether questions sound like realistic applicant needs and whether generated answers are accurate, complete, and aligned with current guidance.
The work covers complex identity, eligibility, citizenship, and travel-document situations. You will work asynchronously and provide clear written feedback to improve answer quality.
- Review sample questions about passports and citizenship, and identify questions that do not reflect realistic applicant needs.
- Create rubrics that describe correct and complete answers for lost, stolen, or damaged passports; name changes; citizenship documents; minors; custody matters; and applicants born or living abroad.
- Evaluate AI-generated answers against those rubrics and identify errors, missing information, and outdated guidance.
- Write precise feedback about the quality and accuracy of each answer.
