The work
You will help improve AI systems by creating training data and reviewing AI-generated content related to retail construction and cost planning. Your work will rely on practical experience with construction workflows, detailed estimates, and architectural plan review.
You will work independently and provide clear written feedback in an asynchronous setting with AI research teams.
- Create expert training data based on construction and estimation work.
- Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, relevance, and fit with retail construction workflows.
- Review detailed cost estimates and content related to architectural plans.
- Explain your judgments clearly in written feedback.
What it pays and takes
- Pay: Up to $80 per hour.
- Work arrangement: Ongoing, project-based contract work with flexible, asynchronous scheduling.
- Time: 20 or more hours per week.
- Location: Open to candidates in the United States; fully remote.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Experience: At least two years of professional experience in cost estimation or construction project management.
- Background: Experience as a cost estimator, construction project manager, or in an equivalent retail construction role.
- Skills: Hands-on experience with detailed cost estimation and architectural plan review, strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- AI experience: No prior AI experience is required.
