The work
You will build competitive programming tasks that test whether AI systems can solve difficult coding problems. Your work will cover problem design, reference answers, test coverage, output checking, and submission review.
You will also help clarify problem requirements, document checker logic, and explain technical details clearly to the project team.
- Design original competitive programming problems that are not found on existing online judges.
- Write reference solutions and comprehensive test suites for AI model submissions.
- Develop robust C++ checkers for problems with more than one valid output.
- Evaluate submissions against the problem requirements.
- Refine problem specifications and resolve unclear cases with the project team.
- Document checker logic and communicate technical details clearly.
What it pays and takes
This is a part-time contractor role for candidates with strong competitive programming and C++ skills.
- Pay: $45 to $65 per hour equivalent, paid per task that meets project specifications.

How it works
You apply here in about two minutes and finish on the hiring platform. The next step is a short AI interview (technical roles include a coding challenge). Passing it is how you qualify for paid tasks, so take it soon after you are invited.
About AI training work
AI training work uses human-created examples, evaluations, and feedback to improve how AI systems perform. This role focuses on coding problems and automated checks, so strong competitive programming experience helps create reliable training tasks.
