The work
You will create and refine software development challenges used to train AI models, then evaluate model responses and explain your technical judgments. You will also work with other technical experts to align challenge difficulty and keep the challenges useful for learning.
- Develop challenges covering algorithms, debugging, system architecture, API design, optimization, and testing.
- Review AI-generated solutions for correctness, technical precision, and sound software engineering practices.
- Give detailed feedback that explains your assessments and helps improve model responses.
- Help calibrate challenge difficulty and maintain educational value.
What it pays and takes
- Pay: $40 to $60 per hour.
