The work
You will create and evaluate expert scientific content used to train AI systems. The work combines research judgment, scientific writing, and careful review of model-generated answers in microbiome and clinical bioinformatics.
You will design difficult scientific questions with clear answers, check AI outputs for accuracy and depth, and identify subtle errors. You will also create rubrics and reference answers based on primary literature and established methods, explain your decisions clearly, and take part in feedback and peer review.
- Review AI answers for scientific accuracy, rigor, and quality of reasoning.
- Create questions, rubrics, and reference answers for expert scientific topics.
- Work with topics such as 16S and shotgun metagenomics, virome analysis, host-microbiome research, biomarker discovery, clinical genomics, and precision medicine.
- Use evidence-based reasoning and clear explanations so other experts can validate your decisions.

How it works
You apply here in about two minutes and finish on the hiring platform. The next step is a short AI interview (technical roles include a coding challenge). Passing it is how you qualify for paid tasks, so take it soon after you are invited.
About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind systems that generate and evaluate text, code, images, and other content. People with deep subject knowledge help check whether AI outputs are accurate, well reasoned, and grounded in reliable evidence.
