The work
You will lead quality reviews for AI training projects focused on chemical engineering. You will assess technical explanations, process calculations, mass and energy balances, reaction engineering, separation processes, process control, diagrams, and problem-solving workflows.
The role combines detailed technical review with contributor support. You will provide written feedback, track recurring quality issues, communicate guideline updates, and help keep remote trainers and quality reviewers aligned.
- Review chemical engineering content and trainer or quality assurance submissions for correctness and consistency.
- Evaluate calculations, assumptions, units, and process logic against detailed project rubrics.
- Flag unsafe, misleading, or overconfident engineering recommendations.
- Share standards, guideline updates, and workflow changes with trainers and quality reviewers.
- Maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, examples, honeypots, and onboarding materials.
- Support contributor onboarding and training calls.
- Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to quality workflows.
