Your Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated content related to organisational change, turnaround strategy, implementation, and practical change management.
- Assess AI outputs for practical relevance, compliance, and effectiveness in real-world scenarios.
- Develop realistic turnaround and change scenarios informed by your own professional experience.
- Create scenario variations from multiple perspectives, such as consultant, client, leadership, and stakeholders.
- Identify missing elements, oversights, or flawed reasoning in AI-generated content.
- In short: apply your expertise to assess, enhance, and guide AI-generated organisational content so it accurately reflects the complexities and best practices of change management at scale.
