The work
You will review AI-generated C# code and trainer quality assurance work for correctness, clarity, safety, and compliance with project guidelines. You will also give precise written feedback and help contributors understand review standards.
The work covers C# training projects, quality monitoring, contributor support, rubric interpretation, and process improvement. You will help identify recurring issues and improve the way code reviews are completed.
- Review C# code, .NET snippets, API examples, debugging answers, tests, architecture explanations, and step-by-step reasoning.
- Evaluate code correctness, runtime behavior, type safety, async behavior, debugging accuracy, readability, maintainability, performance, security, test coverage, and instruction following.
- Identify incorrect logic, code that cannot run, flawed async usage, weak error handling, type-safety problems, security risks, made-up APIs, and incomplete explanations.
- Answer questions about .NET behavior, async/await, LINQ, dependency injection, Entity Framework Core, testing, security, and rubric interpretation.
- Escalate recurring or critical concerns and support contributor communication about workflows and review standards.
- Create and maintain style guides, trackers, FAQs, examples, honeypots, calibration tasks, and onboarding materials.
- Run onboarding and training calls for C# contributors and help improve quality assurance workflows.

About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind modern AI systems. Contributors review examples, rate model responses, evaluate code, and provide feedback so AI tools learn to produce more useful and reliable results.
This role applies software engineering expertise to that process, helping improve how AI-generated code is evaluated and corrected.
