The Work
You will review AI-generated C++ code, systems designs, and technical explanations. You will also write reference implementations and step-by-step reasoning for complex engineering problems.
The work focuses on finding subtle technical issues and judging whether AI responses are correct, clear, safe, and faithful to the prompt.
- Review source materials and AI-generated outputs against project guidelines.
- Find problems with logic, memory handling, concurrency, safety, and performance.
- Write expert responses, model solutions, and clear explanations of your reasoning.
- Fact-check technical details and compare multiple AI responses for correctness and reasoning quality.
- Keep review quality consistent across repeated tasks.

About AI Training Work
AI training is the human work behind modern AI systems. Specialists review examples and model responses, write better answers, and explain technical reasoning so models can produce more accurate and useful results.
People with strong technical experience are paid to judge difficult outputs and create reliable reference material that helps improve AI systems.
