The work
You will help create and assess software engineering examples used to train and evaluate AI models. The work focuses on C/C++, with some tasks involving Python, JavaScript including ReactJS, Java, Rust, and Go.
- Curate code examples, write precise solutions, and correct implementations.
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, scalability, reliability, and overall quality.
- Build agents that check code quality and identify recurring errors.
- Test model capabilities across prototyping, architecture and API design, production implementation, launch, experimentation, monitoring, and operational maintenance.
- Design automated checks for software engineering tasks.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve AI coding solutions against industry benchmarks.

About AI training work
AI training is the work of preparing and reviewing examples that help AI systems learn, including code and feedback on model outputs. Software engineering projects need people with practical expertise to assess code and explain where solutions succeed or fall short; specialist projects can pay more for that expertise. OpenTrain is where people find AI training and data-labeling roles, build a profile, and apply.
