The Work
You will review AI-generated C code, low-level systems designs, and technical explanations. Your work will help assess whether model responses are correct, clear, safe, and useful for real engineering problems.
You will also create reference implementations, step-by-step explanations, and model solutions. The role involves comparing responses, finding subtle defects, checking technical facts, and explaining how systems-level code should work.
- Review C code, systems designs, and technical explanations for correctness and safety.
- Find issues involving pointers, memory management, undefined behavior, concurrency, performance, and debugging.
- Write reference implementations and clear reasoning for complex engineering problems.
- Rate and compare AI responses based on correctness, clarity, and reasoning quality.
- Fact-check technical information and help improve model integrity.
What It Pays and Takes
This is a remote, part-time contractor role for an intermediate-level contributor. You should be comfortable working independently and following detailed project instructions.
- Pay: $65 per hour.
- Time: 20 or more hours per week.
- Work location: Open to candidates in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brazil, Cambodia, Germany, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the Philippines, the United States, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam.
- Language: Clear written English.
- Experience: Expert-level C programming, especially pointers, memory management, undefined behavior, and debugging.
- Systems background: Systems programming, embedded development, concurrency, operating systems, and performance optimization.
- Tools: Build systems, compilers, linkers, and debugging tools.
- Review skills: Strong code review habits focused on maintainability and safety.
- Helpful experience: Version control, CI/CD workflows, automated testing, hardware interaction, and performance-critical software.
- Personal approach: Methodical, detail-oriented evaluation of low-level technical work and clear explanations of engineering decisions.

About AI Training Work
AI training work is the human side of building artificial intelligence. People review examples, rate model responses, write better answers, and check technical content so AI systems can produce more accurate and useful results.
Experienced specialists are needed for work such as code evaluation because they can spot errors, explain sound decisions, and judge responses against real engineering standards.
