Business Analyst (Bahasa Indonesian)

You will evaluate language model content in Bahasa Indonesian and English. The work combines business analysis, research, written explanation, logical reasoning, and detailed feedback for AI training.

You will work with large amounts of content and create clear examples that help models learn from mistakes.

• Read and summarize content while preserving its key meaning and logic.
• Break complex information into clear, logical sections.
• Research claims online and assess whether supporting information is accurate.
• Answer questions involving data interpretation, logical rules, basic arithmetic, and creative reasoning.
• Create scenarios and model answers, including explanations, constructive feedback, and detailed annotations.

This is a remote contractor role open worldwide. Compensation is competitive and based on experience and expertise.

• Time requirement: 20+ hours per week.
• Languages: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesian and English.
• Work setting: Remote, with a reliable computer and internet connection.
• Skills: Strong analytical, research, critical-thinking, logical-reasoning, written communication, and data-interpretation skills.
• You should be able to explain conclusions clearly, think creatively about unfamiliar questions, and work independently.
• Helpful background: A bachelor's degree or undergraduate study in engineering, literature, journalism, communications, arts, statistics, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute.
• Valued experience: Business analysis, research analysis, copywriting, journalism, technical writing, editing, or translation.
• Useful tools: Excel and Google Suite.
• Contract: Maximum duration of 12 months.
