The Work
You will help train AI agents to use Blender by creating realistic 3D tasks and recording complete demonstrations of your workflow. You will also explain each step clearly and define how an agent's result should be judged.
The work covers both task creation and evaluation. You may review other contributors' recordings for realism, completeness, and correct grading criteria as you take on quality assurance work.
- Write production-realistic Blender task briefs based on work a studio or client might request.
- Record complete screen demonstrations using the provided capture tools, including actions, interface state, and file changes.
- Document workflows in clear English so another expert can reproduce them.
- Define required results, intermediate milestones, common errors, and grading criteria.
- Create tasks ranging from single-tool operations to long, multi-step workflows across applications.
- Review submitted traces for realism, completeness, and correctness when assigned quality assurance work.
- Keep recordings free of personal information, use approved applications, and complete work without closed-source AI assistants.

About AI Training Work
AI training is the human work behind artificial intelligence, including creating examples, recording demonstrations, and judging whether model results meet clear standards. Experienced contributors are paid for the specialist knowledge and careful decisions that help AI systems learn complex tasks, such as using professional 3D software.
OpenTrain is a platform where people find AI training and data-labeling projects, build a profile, and start applications in one place. Creating an OpenTrain account is free.
