The work
You will help create training and evaluation material for AI systems by reviewing biomedical engineering content and showing what sound engineering practice looks like.
- Assess AI-generated device designs and biomedical analyses for technical accuracy.
- Review content about biomechanics, biomaterials, imaging, instrumentation, and regulatory submissions.
- Create examples of design controls, verification, and validation workflows.
- Rank and label AI responses against biomedical engineering standards, and explain how medical device engineering work is done.
What you need, pay, and schedule
- Pay: $108 per hour.
- Schedule: 20+ hours per week. The work is asynchronous, and you choose when and how much you work.
- Location: Remote, with country eligibility restrictions.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Requirements: A degree in biomedical engineering or a closely related engineering field, strong written communication, and the ability to assess technical claims and identify flawed engineering reasoning.
- Helpful background: A master's or doctoral degree; experience with FDA 510(k), PMA, ISO 13485, or IEC 60601; or depth in biomechanics, biomaterials, imaging, or instrumentation.
