The work
You will create written scenarios that test whether AI models can reason accurately about biochemistry and molecular biology. Your work will cover assay design, molecular mechanisms, experimental logic, pathway accuracy, data interpretation, and appropriate uncertainty.
You will also write reference answers and review model-generated responses. The role requires identifying fluent answers that contain biochemical errors and explaining the correct reasoning in clear, teachable language.
- Write realistic molecular biology scenarios, from assay design through experimental data interpretation.
- Create reference answers that explain the mechanisms behind each conclusion.
- Weigh relevant pathways, experimental evidence, and uncertainty.
- Grade AI-generated answers for scientific accuracy and experimental reasoning.
- Identify biochemical errors that require trained scientific judgment to detect.
- Explain conclusions using mechanisms and data rather than general textbook summaries.
What it pays and takes

About AI training work
AI training work uses human-written examples and expert reviews to help artificial intelligence systems produce better answers. People with specialized knowledge are paid to assess difficult cases, explain sound reasoning, and identify errors that general reviewers may miss.
