The Work
You will take part in a multi-speaker recording session that captures natural Italian conversation for AI training. Speak clearly, respond to other speakers, ask questions, and contribute throughout the session without reading from a script.

- Participate actively and fairly in assigned group recording sessions.
- Follow topic guidance while using natural reactions and unscripted speech.
- Record in a quiet space with minimal background noise, echo, distortion, and microphone handling noise.
- Help create clear conversational audio that reflects authentic interaction among multiple speakers.
What It Pays and Takes
This is a remote, flexible, project-based contractor engagement. Continued work may be available based on performance and project needs.
- Hours: 20+ hours per week.
- Location: Fully remote and open worldwide.
- Language: Fluency in Italian suitable for natural group conversation.
- Communication: Clear spoken communication and responsive participation with multiple speakers.
- Equipment: An external microphone with wired headphones, or a high-quality wired headset with a built-in microphone.
- Recording setup: Do not use Bluetooth earphones, laptop speakers, or open speakers. Keep the same suitable audio equipment throughout the project session.
- Experience: Entry level. Experience with voice recording, conversational audio, speech data, or multi-speaker projects may be helpful but is not required.
