Audio And Video Transcription Expert (Bengali)

You will prepare accurate Bengali transcripts from audio recordings and video content. You will also review machine-generated transcripts, correct errors, and apply project rules so the data is clear and consistent.

• Transcribe Bengali audio recordings and video content.
• Represent accents, dialects, and other Bengali language details in written transcripts.
• Review and edit machine-generated transcripts for errors and inconsistencies.
• Label and annotate transcription data using project guidelines and quality standards.
• Raise questions about unclear content and help maintain agreed quality standards.
• Complete milestones and deliverables using the provided submission and quality-control tools.

This is a remote, part-time contractor role. Work independently and participate consistently to meet project milestones and deliverables.

• $10 to $22 per hour.

• Fluent Bengali proficiency with excellent spelling, grammar, and syntax.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Careful attention to detail during repetitive, accuracy-focused work.
• Ability to work independently in a remote digital environment.
• Responsiveness to feedback and changing project guidance.
• Experience in transcription, translation, linguistics, or related language work is helpful but not required.
• Familiarity with regional Bengali variations and cultural context is valuable.
• Previous AI experience is not required.
