The Opportunity
Do you love recruiting and love writing? This one's for you.
We're looking for experienced US-based recruiters who also have a real appetite for writing. Maybe you kept a blog on the side. Maybe you wrote for your university paper, have a half-finished novel in a drawer, or you just find yourself explaining things in painstaking detail because you can't help it. If putting things into words is something you enjoy rather than endure, we'd love to hear from you.
The task: take one long-term process that's central to your work as a recruiter, something like sourcing for a hard-to-fill role, running a full-cycle search from intake to offer, building a talent mapping report, or managing a high-volume requisition through to close, and write it up as a detailed, honest account of exactly how it's done. Not a checklist. A proper account, told the way a good writer tells it, with the judgment calls and instincts included.
Once you sign up, you'll complete a short, paid writing assessment (compensated at $9/h). Joining our talent pool for this project also opens the door to similar paid projects in future. Everything is fully remote and ad hoc, on a freelance basis, with full control over which projects you accept. Payments are made via PayPal.
