AI Response Evaluation Expert (Catalan Language)

You will evaluate AI-generated responses in Catalan and English and document clear, repeatable decisions. The work combines language review, fact-checking, reasoning analysis, and AI training.

• Review responses for accuracy, clarity, logical reasoning, and adherence to prompts.
• Evaluate step-by-step problem solving and identify methodological or conceptual errors.
• Rate or compare multiple responses using project rubrics and scoring guidance.
• Write prompts, responses, explanations, and model solutions for AI training.
• Check outputs for inaccuracies, bias, misleading claims, and internal inconsistencies.
• Fact-check Catalan content against reliable references and record concise supporting evidence.
• Review grammar, spelling, punctuation, register, locale, and style-guide compliance.
• Apply guidance for Central and Valencian conventions, formal and informal address, and project-specific language standards.
• Write review decisions and escalation notes in clear professional English.

This is a part-time contract role for a language professional with experience in editing, translation, localization, linguistic quality assurance, or related content work.

• Pay: $26 per hour.
• Time: 20+ hours per week.
• Location: Open to candidates in Spain.
• Language: C2-level written Catalan with strong command of normative grammar, spelling, punctuation, and register.
• Language: C1-level English or above for review documentation and escalation notes.
• Experience: One to five years in Catalan editing, translation, localization, linguistic quality assurance, or related content work.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in linguistics, translation, Catalan philology, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Skills: Fact-checking, ambiguity resolution, reputable-source research, rubric use, rating scales, consistency checks, and structured linguistic error categories.
• Helpful background: AI data training, annotation, or evaluation experience; independent remote contracting; dependable turnaround; careful handling of confidential content; and strong attention to detail.
