The Work
You will test how well an AI personalization feature uses conversation history and connected personal data. You will create realistic prompts from personal experiences, review responses, compare outputs, and provide structured feedback.
The work includes multi-turn conversations that usually run from one to five turns. You will also inspect debug information, confirm whether summaries and personal data sources were used correctly, and delete evaluation conversations to keep chat history clean.
- Create prompts that test whether AI uses personal context appropriately.
- Check responses for accuracy, useful personalization, natural wording, and alignment with the original request.
- Find unsupported claims, incorrect inferences, hallucinations, forced connections, and unnecessary over-explanation.
- Compare two responses and write a clear rationale supported by specific conversation details.
- Extract and verify debug information about summaries and personal data sources.
