The work
You will test how well AI systems use personal information and past experiences in conversations. You will review responses for accuracy, helpfulness, natural language, and ease of use, then record clear reasons for your decisions.
- Create and run multi-turn prompts involving personal information and experiences.
- Evaluate whether responses are grounded, helpful, natural, and easy to use.
- Compare model outputs and identify unsupported claims, hallucinations, weak inferences, forced connections, and over-explaining.
- Write clear, structured, defensible rationales for your evaluations.
