The Work
As an AI Quality Analyst, you will test how well an AI system uses personal context to make its responses more relevant and useful. You will create multi-turn prompts, review the resulting answers, and compare responses in a careful, structured way.
- Create and run conversational prompts, usually covering one to five turns, that use personal information and experiences.
- Check whether the AI understood your intent and applied personalization appropriately.
- Review claims for grounding, meaning that the response should be supported by evidence rather than guesses or made-up details.
- Assess whether personal information is used naturally without excessive or robotic explanation.
- Compare two model responses and rank them for helpfulness, ease of use, and overall quality.
- Write clear reasons for your comparisons and refer to specific conversation turns.
