About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind systems that generate text and other content. People review examples, write strong answers, and explain quality problems so AI models can become more accurate, useful, and safe.
Language specialists are especially important because they can judge meaning, tone, grammar, cultural fit, and subtle errors that automated checks may miss.
