The work
You will evaluate AI-generated Odia content and create strong reference answers that show accurate, clear, and natural Odia. You will also explain problems in English so models can improve across general knowledge, customer support, education, and conversational writing tasks.
- Review Odia responses for accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, tone, and cultural fit.
- Write high-quality Odia reference content and gold-standard answers.
- Find mistranslations, register problems, unclear wording, logical issues, and factual errors.
- Fact-check claims when needed and rewrite responses for clarity and quality.
- Compare and rank multiple AI responses based on correctness and overall quality.
- Identify unsafe, misleading, biased, or policy-risk language.
What it pays and takes
This is an entry-level, part-time contract role. Prior experience with AI training, translation quality checks, editorial review, or rubric-based evaluation is preferred, but the core requirements focus on strong Odia and English skills.
- Pay: $15 per hour.
- Time: 20 or more hours per week.
- Location: Open to candidates in Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, and Thailand.
- Language: Fluent Odia reading and writing, plus strong professional English for detailed feedback.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Odia grammar, spelling, punctuation, style, registers, regional variation, and audience adaptation.
- Background: Linguistics, translation, journalism, writing, editing, localization, or related language work is useful.
- Helpful experience: Writing prompts or reference answers, proofreading, copyediting, content quality assurance, or localization workflows.
