The Work
You will review AI-generated Romanian content and help improve its accuracy, clarity, fluency, tone, and cultural fit. You will also write strong Romanian reference answers and compare multiple AI responses.
The work covers general knowledge, customer support, education, and conversational writing. You will give detailed written feedback in English while following project guidelines.
- Review Romanian AI content for grammar, spelling, meaning, tone, terminology, and cultural appropriateness.
- Write high-quality Romanian reference answers and model responses.
- Find mistranslations, awkward literal wording, unclear meaning, inconsistent terms, logical problems, unsupported claims, and policy-risk language.
- Fact-check claims when needed and rewrite content for clarity and concision without changing its meaning.
- Compare AI responses and rate their structure, safety, accuracy, faithfulness, and tone.
What It Pays and Takes
This is a contract, part-time, remote role for an intermediate-level language professional. The hiring focus is Romania, and English is used for feedback and guidelines.
- $20 per hour.
- 20+ hours per week.

- Fluent Romanian reading and writing skills.
- Strong professional English for detailed feedback and following guidelines.
- Experience in writing, editing, localization, translation, content quality assurance, journalism, education, or related language work.
- Strong knowledge of Romanian grammar, spelling, diacritics, punctuation, and writing style.
- Ability to work with formal and informal language and keep product or user-interface terms consistent.
- Prior AI data training, translation quality assurance, editorial quality assurance, or rubric-based evaluation experience is strongly preferred.
- Helpful education includes a bachelor's degree or higher in linguistics, Romanian or English literature, communications, journalism, translation, or a related field.
- Experience with model evaluation, prompt-response writing, or identifying hallucinations, bias, and unsafe AI language is helpful.
- The project has a planned total headcount of 100 across countries.
