The work
As an AI Evaluation Specialist, you will review AI-generated responses in Bangla and judge how well they fit the intended user context. You will compare responses with subtle differences, choose the stronger option, and explain the reasoning behind your decision.
The work is remote, asynchronous, and project-based. You will complete assignments independently and use your experience with AI tools when making evaluations.

What it pays and takes
The work focuses on Bangla as used in Singapore, including local vocabulary, expressions, and usage.
- Pay: Up to $30 per hour.
- Time: 20+ hours per week; assignments have no set schedule.
- Location: Remote and open to candidates in the United States.
- Languages: Fluent spoken and written Bangla as used in Singapore, plus at least B2-level English.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Skills: Strong written communication in Bangla and English, sound judgment, and the ability to defend preferences between similar responses.
- Work style: Able to work independently in a self-directed remote environment.
- Experience: Experience using AI tools is needed for evaluation tasks.
