The Work
You will support AI training by reviewing aerospace electrical simulation content and judging whether model outputs meet project guidelines. The work uses CAD models, simulation models, schematics, and engineering problem statements.
You will explain your decisions with clear evidence so the feedback can improve model behavior. You will also help maintain consistent quality across repeated review tasks.
- Evaluate model outputs using project rubrics.
- Review source materials and model outputs against project guidelines.
- Document evidence-based judgments and explain your reasoning clearly.
- Check engineering assumptions through analytical validation and sanity checks.
- Perform peer review and quality assessment.
What It Pays And Takes

- Pay: Compensation is handled through the project budget fields shown on the job page; no rate is provided here.
- Schedule: At least 20 hours per week and up to 40 hours per week.
- Time zone: At least 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time is required.
- Location: Open worldwide.
- Language: Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Experience: At least 10 years working in CAD engineering and simulation-focused organizations.
- Technical background: Strong CAD engineering and simulation skills, hands-on modeling or design experience, and strong aerospace, mechanical, and electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Other skills: Problem definition, analytical problem-solving, technical documentation, and clear communication of assumptions and engineering decisions.
- Tools: Professional proficiency in at least one relevant tool, such as MATLAB/Simulink, Simscape Electrical, LTspice, PSpice, ETAP, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, PSCAD, OpenDSS, Ansys Maxwell, COMSOL, Altium Designer, KiCad, AutoCAD Electrical, or EPLAN.
